Flooded Basement Restoration
Basement flooding is usually certain in cases of heavy floods. This is because water usually follows places with least resistance. This is how water gets its way into your basement! Water in the basement is one of the situations many would not wish to encounter.
The causes of a flooded basement include an insufficient drainage line along the basement of a building, storms, or even faulty water pipes. After such an unfortunate incident, there is a need to move with speed and conduct a flood damage cleanup at the basement.
To clean up the basement, you need to first remove the water. This may not be easy as the basement flood cleanup is rather hectic. First, we select the equipment with consideration of whether it is a minor or a major flood. The next step is to start removing the water, by focusing on areas that are more likely to get damaged fast. We also start with the highest area since it has the least pool of water to make the workload easy. The third step is to dry the affected area. If there are windows, there is need to keep them open to allow moisture to escape the building. We use fans to make the process faster.
Mold Removal and Remediation
Mold remediation is a process used to remove and cleanup mold from an indoor environment. During the process, the mold restoration company will perform an assessment, contain the mold and provide air filtration. Finally, they remove the mold, clean the contents and restore everything to new.
It is important to perform mold removal as soon as possible after an incident because mold spores thrive on moisture. Allergens and irritants are a result and can cause serious health issues and even death. Mold in the basement is a serious matter that affects all members of the family.
Mold is caused by things like flooding, leaky pipes or roof, condensation and poor ventilation. 93 percent of chronic sinus infections are because of mold, and there has been a 300 percent increase in asthma in the past 20 years. This is why early mold cleanup is vital for you and your family.
Fire accidents are among the worst nightmares that can befall a home. After suffering a fire accident, it is important to restore your house to its original state. Some of the causes of fire include; cooking fire, faulty electric wires, smoking, home heating fires and unattended candles.
To restore you home after a fire incident you need to remove smoke stains, odor from the smoke and soot on the walls and other home assortments. Your property needs to be assessed, then restoration done by eliminating the odor and smoke, repainting, and intensive cleaning.
Sewage Cleanup & Restoration
A sewer that’s been backed up due to clogged or damaged drains is one of the most unpleasant situations you’ll face in the home. The damage could be in the home plumbing, in buried septic tanks, or the pipes leading to the city sewer. It will take trained and licensed plumbers to ascertain the cause and fix the problem.
Clean up can begin as soon as the water has drained or been pumped away. The solid waste must be cleaned up, the area dried with circulating fans, and surfaces scrubbed and disinfected. You’ll likely have to throw out any carpets or rugs. Sewage cleanup can be a big and nasty job that you should leave to professionals. Trained crews like ours can get things cleaned up, deodorized, and check for any water damage to the surrounding walls and floor in case hidden damage calls for repairs.
Drywall, Ceiling and Carpet Water Damage
Drywall water damage happens quickly, and when not promptly treated and dried, it begins deteriorating and needs immediate replacing. In addition to absorbing water and swelling up, a primary concern with drywall water damage is the growth of mildew and mold, both of which are associated with causing several health issues.
In addition to drywall water damage, which generally occurs in a structure’s walls or ceiling as a result of a leaking roof or pipe, carpet water damage can be extremely frustrating as well. Since many carpet manufacturers void any warranties when water damage is visible on the latex backing, professional steam cleaning and ozonation is almost always needed. A water damage hardwood floor will require professional restoration as well. The good news is, whether you have a water damaged ceiling or a water damage floor, a quality contractor will be able to restore or replace both and have your home looking like new.

Reviews From Our Customers
Adwin A: A piped burst at my mother’s house and when the fire trucks got there her house had plenty of water that had soaked her carpets and ran down through the ceiling to the basement. Her home was a wreck. I called and without 2 hours they were on the scene. They assessed the situation and began soaking up the water. They brought in fans, heaters, and everything to dry up the carpet, ceiling and floors. They left equipment to complete the drying process so there would not be any mold. They did an awesome job and I hope I never need them again, but for sure they are the ones I would call. Will recommend to all my family and friends.
Joanne D: Our house got flooded and as soon as my husband gave them a call, they were quick to have people over and start drying up our house before we got any damages. Their employees had great people skills and ensured us everything will be taken care of and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The guy that installed our ceramic floors after they did a great job drying up our house and cleaning everything up, did a fantastic job and our floors are gorgeous! I loved the fantastic customer service they have provided from the beginning to the end, and then some! we are definitely going to grow through them again with anything we need done with our house.
Luisa D: Fantastic experience… I was having sinus headaches and infections for the longest time. I was also starting to get vertigo and was convinced that it had to be related to maybe presence of mold in my house, maybe in the attic or the basement. The technician checked the entire house and told me there was no mold but (60percent) very high humidity levels . He installed an industrial size dehumidifier for 3 days and explained that it is essential to keep temperatures low during the summer in order to avoid the high humidity and eventual formation of mold. I then looked on the internet and found resent research linking high home humidity to respiratory illnesses such as sinus infections and vertigo.
Jessica S: I had a water loss to my home back in October 2015. My Master bathroom, master bedroom, and walk-in closet were affected. It was a total disaster! I was so worried about which company to go with to help get my house and family back to normal! This was our first experience with any type of significant damage to our home. I could not believe how quick, they all were to respond to our families misfortune. They graciously worked around our busy schedule, and were very knowledgeable of the work they performed. I have never been so satisfied with a business!!! They did a FANTASTIC JOB restoring my house back to normal! It is better now than it was before the water loss. I LOVE MY NEW FLOORS!!!!!!! Truly God Sent!!!
Anna J: Fast, reliable, friendly, and hardworking! The flooding started at 7pm on a Saturday and they were there within the hour. On top of all the fans and dehumidifiers they brought a back up sump pump to help keep our floors dry. They checked in daily and rolled out the “”paper”” carpet when they were working on the floors to keep things clean. I have a child and dog and they were extremely careful with their restoration process (ex. blocking off the area with plastic walls). They took charge in dealing with the insurance company via phone and in person when they came to estimate the damage. They also called and prepped the flooring company before we arrived to shop. Overall a great experience that I hope we don’t have to deal with again 😉
Eddie T: In April 2015 we had a leak in a bulkhead from the roof into our 16th floor condominium unit. The roof was not maintained properly and deteriorated to the point where the upper membrane cracked leaving massive areas of the insulation soaked with water. Despite it being their responsibility, the condominium association refused to act quickly to repair and stop the water leaks. From April through August the water dripped. On several occasions, the association tried to open the bulkhead without taking proper steps to provide for mold controls and containment . We called this technician who immediately stepped in, notified the association if proper procedures of the requirements for mold containment protocol, and despite the association refusing to pay, he both saved us from having our entire home contaminated and did an excellent job of containing, removing and treating the mold. I highly recommend him
