Water Damage Restoration
Our water damage restoration service can be beneficial after a leak slowly destroys the foundation of a home. This water damage service option also helps homeowners protect their flooring after heavy rain rushes water into a space. Call us now at 1-888-443-3110.
In order to prevent water damage repair problems that can occur during these situations, professional mitigation and restoration services must be used. A regular vacuum can’t extract the water out of a home because the hardware isn’t designed to withstand electrical shock.
If you’re concerned about high water damage home repair costs, we can help. Our crews implement cost-effective procedures to keep all emergency water removal service costs reasonably low.
Flooded Basement Services
Unfortunately, basements are at a higher risk of flooding than any other area of your home. A flooded basement is often caused by insufficient drainage around the walls, a failed sump pump, heavy rain, or a combination of these issues when water follows the path of least resistance through the basement walls.
If you have discovered water in the basement, fast action is necessary for effective flooded basement restoration. If the water is allowed to sit for even two days, it will become a breeding ground for mold and cause further damage to your home. We will respond quickly to remove the water and dehumidify your basement to remove moisture and dry out the space. Once all water and moisture are removed, flood damage cleanup will involve cleaning, sanitizing, and treating the basement with an antimicrobial and antifungal product to prevent mold.
While a basement flood is one of the worst disasters you can ever face as a homeowner, we will be there every step of the way to restore your home as quickly and efficiently as possible. Contact us right away for fast response time and the expertise and equipment necessary for basement flood cleanup to help you recover and move on with your life.
Mold Removal & Remediation
The mold removal and remediation service that we offer is designed to destroy spores that thrive inside and outside a home. According to experts, there are thousands of mold species, so certain procedures must be implemented in order to eliminate specific mold in basement seams. The process of tackling a mold cleanup project without a professional isn’t a smart strategy because typical household solutions can’t successfully eliminate all mold.
By working with the technicians at our mold restoration company, you’ll get professional results since we always thoroughly examine and test areas where mold typically grows. Mold spores need moisture, oxygen, and food to grow, which is why our technicians use commercial-grade tools to inspect pipes that may have a leak in environments that are between 40 to 100 degrees.
If you think that mold is affecting your health, we can help. During a situation that involves mold, residents in a home will begin to experience typical symptoms, such as:
- Breathing issues
The big benefit is that mold is easy to detect because it generates dark spots on wall paneling and stains on flooring and ceilings. Mold also emits a strong smell that’s musty into a large or small space.
Fire Damage Restoration
Restoration after a fire can begin when your fire department tells you it’s safe to return. The first thing you should do is open windows and possibly turn on a fan to clear away any lingering smoke. Smoke is acidic as well as carcinogenic, and can also damage and stain surfaces. It can also contain harmful fumes from other substances destroyed by fire. At times smoke, and the water used to extinguish the fire, can do more damage than the actual flames. Proper fire damage restoration involves treatment for all three.
Don’t eat food that’s been exposed to heavy smoke. You may want to unplug appliances, remove valuables, and leave the home if smoke damage is extensive. Take stock of your belongings and take photos of the damages as soon as it’s safe. Unless the damage is slight, leave the cleanup to trained fire cleanup specialists. Rebuilding isn’t possible until proper restoration is done.
Cleanup Sewage and Restoration
When sewage backs up, this is considered to be an emergency situation and should be dealt with immediately. Sewers back up for a variety of reasons like tree roots blocking them, water in the basement or blockage in the service pipe between the home and city main. Cleaning them out provides an entry into the home drain system so clogs can be removed or pipes inspected.
Drywall, Ceiling, and Floor Water Damage Restoration
When drywall gets wet, it quickly absorbs water, loses its strength, and falls apart. It’s essential to repair damaged drywall, ceilings, and carpet as soon as possible as all three can pose a health hazard by becoming a breeding ground for mold within just two days. Wet drywall can even be a safety hazard as it is at high risk of collapsing or falling apart.
Our professionals will respond quickly to restore water damage. With drywall, this usually involves removing and replacing damaged sections. Sometimes hardwood floors and even carpet may be saved, but it depends on the severity of the water damage and how fast it is treated. Contact us today for fast, superior water damage mitigation to your drywall, ceilings, and flooring.

Reviews From Our Customers
Adwin A: A piped burst at my mother’s house and when the fire trucks got there her house had plenty of water that had soaked her carpets and ran down through the ceiling to the basement. Her home was a wreck. I called and without 2 hours they were on the scene. They assessed the situation and began soaking up the water. They brought in fans, heaters, and everything to dry up the carpet, ceiling and floors. They left equipment to complete the drying process so there would not be any mold. They did an awesome job and I hope I never need them again, but for sure they are the ones I would call. Will recommend to all my family and friends.
Joanne D: Our house got flooded and as soon as my husband gave them a call, they were quick to have people over and start drying up our house before we got any damages. Their employees had great people skills and ensured us everything will be taken care of and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The guy that installed our ceramic floors after they did a great job drying up our house and cleaning everything up, did a fantastic job and our floors are gorgeous! I loved the fantastic customer service they have provided from the beginning to the end, and then some! we are definitely going to grow through them again with anything we need done with our house.
Luisa D: Fantastic experience… I was having sinus headaches and infections for the longest time. I was also starting to get vertigo and was convinced that it had to be related to maybe presence of mold in my house, maybe in the attic or the basement. The technician checked the entire house and told me there was no mold but (60percent) very high humidity levels . He installed an industrial size dehumidifier for 3 days and explained that it is essential to keep temperatures low during the summer in order to avoid the high humidity and eventual formation of mold. I then looked on the internet and found resent research linking high home humidity to respiratory illnesses such as sinus infections and vertigo.
Jessica S: I had a water loss to my home back in October 2015. My Master bathroom, master bedroom, and walk-in closet were affected. It was a total disaster! I was so worried about which company to go with to help get my house and family back to normal! This was our first experience with any type of significant damage to our home. I could not believe how quick, they all were to respond to our families misfortune. They graciously worked around our busy schedule, and were very knowledgeable of the work they performed. I have never been so satisfied with a business!!! They did a FANTASTIC JOB restoring my house back to normal! It is better now than it was before the water loss. I LOVE MY NEW FLOORS!!!!!!! Truly God Sent!!!
Anna J: Fast, reliable, friendly, and hardworking! The flooding started at 7pm on a Saturday and they were there within the hour. On top of all the fans and dehumidifiers they brought a back up sump pump to help keep our floors dry. They checked in daily and rolled out the “”paper”” carpet when they were working on the floors to keep things clean. I have a child and dog and they were extremely careful with their restoration process (ex. blocking off the area with plastic walls). They took charge in dealing with the insurance company via phone and in person when they came to estimate the damage. They also called and prepped the flooring company before we arrived to shop. Overall a great experience that I hope we don’t have to deal with again 😉
Eddie T: In April 2015 we had a leak in a bulkhead from the roof into our 16th floor condominium unit. The roof was not maintained properly and deteriorated to the point where the upper membrane cracked leaving massive areas of the insulation soaked with water. Despite it being their responsibility, the condominium association refused to act quickly to repair and stop the water leaks. From April through August the water dripped. On several occasions, the association tried to open the bulkhead without taking proper steps to provide for mold controls and containment . We called this technician who immediately stepped in, notified the association if proper procedures of the requirements for mold containment protocol, and despite the association refusing to pay, he both saved us from having our entire home contaminated and did an excellent job of containing, removing and treating the mold. I highly recommend him
