Anna J: Fast, reliable, friendly, and hardworking! The flooding started at 7pm on a Saturday and they were there within the hour. On top of all the fans and dehumidifiers they brought a back up sump pump to help keep our floors dry. They checked in daily and rolled out the “”paper”” carpet when they were working on the floors to keep things clean. I have a child and dog and they were extremely careful with their restoration process (ex. blocking off the area with plastic walls). They took charge in dealing with the insurance company via phone and in person when they came to estimate the damage. They also called and prepped the flooring company before we arrived to shop. Eddie T: In April 2015 we had a leak in a bulkhead from the roof into our 16th floor condominium unit. The roof was not maintained properly and deteriorated to the point where the upper membrane cracked leaving massive areas of the insulation soaked with water. Despite it being their responsibility, the condominium association refused to act quickly to repair and stop the water leaks. From April through August the water dripped.
