Her home was a wreck. I called and without 2 hours they were on the scene. They assessed the situation and began soaking up the water. They brought in fans, heaters, and everything to dry up the carpet, ceiling and floors. They left equipment to complete the drying process so there would not be any mold. On top of all the fans and dehumidifiers they brought a back up sump pump to help keep our floors dry. They checked in daily and rolled out the “”paper”” carpet when they were working on the floors to keep things clean. Eddie T: In April 2015 we had a leak in a bulkhead from the roof into our 16th floor condominium unit. The roof was not maintained properly and deteriorated to the point where the upper membrane cracked leaving massive areas of the insulation soaked with water.
